The island of Flores is in the province of Nusa Tenggara Timur and is included in the cluster of the Lesser Sunda Islands with Bali and West Nusa Tenggara. Flores Bajawa has a strong floral aroma, moderate acidity, medium to strong viscosity, and a strong sweet taste. The character of Flores coffee is different from other Indonesian coffees. There is a unique nutty scent as well as a slight tobacco aftertaste. The body is thick, while the acidity levels are moderate.
